• Client galleries are private and password-protected.
• Clients are responsible for sharing gallery access only with trusted individuals.



Image Use

• Jessica Suzette Photography may feature selected images for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Images of children are only used with parent/guardian consent, and client wishes are always respected.

Data Storage & Security

• Edited images are delivered via private online gallery.
• Galleries remain open for 30 days; please download and back up your images promptly.
• Images are stored securely for a limited time and may be deleted after one year unless otherwise agreed.
• Contact details and booking records are retained as long as necessary for business purposes and compliance.

• Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be posted here. When possible, clients will be notified by email.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms summarize the key points of your signed Photography Services Agreement. The signed Agreement governs in full.



Booking & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your session.
• Sessions and images will not be delivered until payment clears.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable.
• Emergencies/illness: reschedules may be offered with reasonable notice at photographer’s discretion.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit all fees paid.

Session Details

• Edited images are delivered within 2 weeks for portrait/maternity/newborn sessions.
• Online galleries remain open for 30 days.
• Requests for additional edits must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• RAW files are not delivered.

Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time; late arrivals shorten session length.
• Client is responsible for securing any necessary location permissions or permits.
• Clients are responsible for children, pets, and guests during sessions, including care of props/equipment.

Photographer Rights

• Jessica Suzette Photography retains copyright to all images.
• The photographer selects which images are delivered and determines the editing style.
• The photographer may end a session immediately if the environment becomes unsafe, hostile, or disrespectful; no refunds will be issued in this case.

Usage Rights

• Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share images.
• Commercial use, resale, or alteration without written permission is prohibited.
• Please credit/tag Jessica Suzette Photography when sharing online.

Liability

• Photography is an art form; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Liability is limited to the total fees paid under this Agreement.
• Clients assume responsibility for any risks (including illness, allergens, or environmental factors) during sessions.
• Jessica Suzette Photography is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of control, including weather, illness, or acts of nature.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes shall first be addressed by good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, by mediation in Houston County, Georgia.
• These Terms and all services are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
